In Bakersfield's Rosedale neighborhood, a Greek place cookin' up authentic comfort foods like cabbage dolmades and braised beef over pasta. Across town, a landmark Basque joint servin' garlic fried chicken and a four-course meal with outrageous oxtail. And west of town in Taft, the funky Asian joint dishin' out killer pad Thai and a favorite called tom yum kung.
